Update to use all OceanAdapt trawl data #2

Can read in the cleaned data across all regions from https://github.com/mpinsky/OceanAdapt/blob/update_2019/data_clean/all-regions-full.RData

This has had some years and strata trimmed out. Probably ok, but worth thinking about.
