spawning, teleporting, loading ship sometimes turns massive ship into compact box.

TODOS

[ ] figure out root cause of this box issue. It's probably related to the EntryFile, but more logging will need to be added.
[ ] Prevent this from happening again.

Upcoming fix notes:

1.5.0-alpha.2:

[x] No more box (it's magic, but most likely I ported something over wrong which fixed something)
[ ] Root source of the error not discovered.
