Issue started today, June 27, 2024, at 11:30ish CDT. I have gone through and disabled all other mods in an attempt to trouble shoot but the bug remained. I had also shut down the server and made sure everything was up to date (mods and game). It has been common occurrence and happen every time to try to teleport to the boat. I can easily replicate it if needed but cannot find a way to prevent it. I am unsure how to find and copy the logs for it.

We have been using these mods on this world since it was created on June 20th with the server running for roughly 10 Hours a day. I use R2ModMan to mod on all three accounts that play on this world and the bug happens to all of us. Any assistance would be helpful as our world is pretty much built around this raft mod and the world is unplayable currently.

Steps to reproduce
Create a custom boat with a portal on it
Add the second portal on land and enter from the land to the boat
when you teleport to the boat, you will be stuck swimming roughly 10 to 15 meters above water level while the boat remains on water level.
It only effects the characters. not items, mobs, structures, etc.
