Planned / High priority

[x] spawn support (with better logic)
[x] logout points support
[x] timeouts for respawns if the command fails.
[x] CLI for clearing spawn data and logout point data
[ ] Documentation (got nothing...)

Extra bonus / future releases

[ ] Possible highlighting to tell player it is set. (May utilize june's icon from beds mobile).
[ ] Possibly: Stand-alone mod publish for DynamicLocations and ZdoWatcher. Likely not worth it for dynamic locations unless other mods want to add support for it with their vehicles.
[ ] Possible way to bind a new spawn point permanently and fallback to it instead of a bed. Could set the spawnpoint to the whole boat.
