work and progress fixes for server #15

This is not a fix for the servers but it will allow for using the client only on a server that previously had both.
People will need to uninstall the ValheimRAFT server otherwise that server will start deleting items.
I'll try and fix the issues with the item deletions in the next update. Probably will be a minor version.
