moder power does not work for v2 raft #75

What happened?

Moder power is not applying to ships with the wind at your back buff. Wind should apply to the wheel direction of the raft.

Steps to reproduce

  1. V2 raft. Have moder power.

Log outputs

N/A it's a feature not a bug...but it's a missing feature.

Environment

OS:
- **OS**: Windows 11 | Ubuntu 20.04
- **Graphics**: DX11 (or Vulkan)
Mods:
- **BepInEx**: 5.4.2202
- Jotunn 2.20.0
- **ValheimRAFT**: >=2.0.0

Fixed in 2.1.0
