✨ add tidy-ui-game-settings module #15

We need a way to clean up the ⚙️ game settings > module settings view, especially if you run the game.

solutions

FINALLY 🎉 -- add tidy-ui-game-settings - it makes the game settings look better, but most of all, it adds collapsed and searchable module settings view.

@zimmer777 finally found the module which gets us this on the server 😭 😂
