zoon applications paper

Code to reproduce a manuscript describing the zoon R package, soon to be published in Methods in Ecology and Evolution.

The manuscript R-markdown file ms.Rmd can be compiled by clicking the 'Knit' button in RStudio or with the following R command:

knitr::knit("ms.Rmd")
