Port to Python 3 #4

I use latest package of everything (non pinned) excepted the following versions: ZEO = 4.3.1 ZODB = 4.3.1 transaction = 1.6.1

I have some tests failling with ZODB 5. After that PR is merged, I'll create a new PR with ZODB 5 so you see the errors.
