LGTM. (Did anybody actually use 3.1 anywhere? Yikes!)

Yikes indeed. We never had any kind of testing story for it, AFAIR.

I believe zope.testing was one of the first (if not the first) zope.* packages ported to Python 3. 3.1 was probably the newest version back then.
