Schedule the reboot of v3 Office Hours for Extenders & Consumers

*API-ML & WEB UI will not be ready until August

Consider planning the other Squads first

- [ ] Create & share (new?) PPT templates
- [ ] secure speakers

Current Plan:

Extender & Consumer Hours will be combined and will run through September

DOC: Will list the "LIVE" event dates and then follow-up with recordings when available.
