Fixes: -Zip Folder now works, broke after Managed Preferences Update to include recursive search/copy -Jamf Protect now omits the overwrite for "protectctl version" and instead prints "protectctl info" when ran. Previously did both but the version command overwrote the prior info command

Enhancements: -Jamferror.log included in JSS folder to only show errors in the jamf.log file.
