Jamf Security copies blank file #6

Jamf Security function full blank file due to log stream generating a file even when Protect is not installed. Need to evaluate if contents are blank and then remove if blank.

Changed where JLG pulls version info for Protect so that relies on a conditional check for Jam Protect plist, since Protect should not be available on device without a plist
