Weapon files cleanup #63

Overall description:
We have a lot of stuff from Q3 code in the SG code.
Like railgun Cvars, etc.
Knife made from missile still is present in missile file.
So, the request is to make all source weapon files clear.
Each weapon type in separate file (or all in one file).
To remove unused quake 3 variables and code.

The code have to be clean and standalone.

Variables affected:
None

I did some cleanup in r123.
Basically there is very small amount of weapon types - instant, close-combat and
missiles.

I mark the issue as WontFix. Better to fix each weapon type separately. This 
issue is
too wide. Though I did some review & improvement of the weapon files.
