Overall description of the new feature:
At the end of a BR round some players who are happy shoot every where.
But when the next round start they shoot too... And sometimes they kill a
team member with an head-shot... The spawn protection is for few seconds
you can't be killed by anything...
It would be funny to put it in all game-type except dual...
Variables to control the new feature:
/spawngod <time> ? (time in ms - so 0 ms is off)
