3.12.11版，在Win7上依然无法导入证书。自动、手动都不行。
找出旧的3.11.15，双击start.bat才正常把证书导入到系统里。而后手动升级（替换文件方式）到3.12.11，使用是正常的。然后又测试了一下，清除掉系统里xx的证书，删除掉data下的ca文件和certs文件夹。然后双击start.bat，依然无法把证书导入到系统里。很奇怪的问题。
另外，哪里能下载到旧版的3.11.1…
