I call that there used to be a way to schedule posts, as opposed to queueing them. Is that not available anymore?

The title says enough. All Mastodon apps, even derived apps like Megalodon and Moshidon have post scheduling. So you could probably just copy and paste the code.

Allow posts to be scheduled going out - using a cron job.
Also provide an overview screen for past/present/future posts. Allows for easy re-posting and overview.
