Can the second last question in the client feedback form be a yes or no question to simplify the process. Suggestion : Did the sms provide you with the relevant information? Yes or No. Then add another question : If No: what other information was needed?..............

Hi fellows. Can two sections be added to the sms reminder log in to indicate an sms was sent at time of making the appt and another a day prior to the appt? These can be tick a boxes. In this way, anyone checking will know it has been sent.

Hey guys, there seems to be "Ringwood" and "Ringwood Appointments" in the picklist. Can you please amend that to "Ringwood Outreach"?
