Forgotten Password: I have clicked 'forgotten password'and filled in all neccessary details. I then went to the admin console and l resetted the password, l managed to login using the resetted password and l even changed my resetted password to the previous password but now when l want to login the system is giving me an error . Editing a client record: I edited a client record by changing the facility name and saved, when l search for that client l noticed the it not have a Patient ID any more and it was written 'Generated by system'

Lab Tab: In the results section, they recommended that we display as options, only the relevant results on the basis of the requested test. The requested that if the developers could be given an opportunity to view LIS, in order for them to work towards a Laboratory tab that is compatible with the system (LIS) which they are using and also to share ideas.

Lab Tab: When requesting for a Lab test, you are limiting the type of specimen (e.g. blood test). A suggestion was made that both the Request Details pop-up menu and the Test and Results pop-up menu should be merge into one pop-up, thus allowing us compute the specific type of test (e.g. HIV test). It was also suggested that from the same pop-up menu we should be able to enter multiple tests.

Suggestion : that the Request number under the Laboratory Tab should be assigned automatically. It was proposed that we use the visit number and an incremental number.

There is an inconsistency in the results that the system displays. Sometimes the system displays the client and sometimes it displays an error message, “No data to display”

Sometimes the demographic summary does not show on the right hand side of the screen, after a client has been located and selected. So the implication of this is that the user will not be able check in a patient or proceed with patient record.
