出发点：订阅一些ins/twitter的账户后，很多消息类型是：“一张图 + 一句话”的结构，因此并不适合生成telegraph。但是我关闭生成telegraph后，所生成的默认消息类型只有一段文字，并不能将图片\< img >也通过消息发送过来。
