Allow for players that don't have the custom sound files to play classic CS:S gunshot sounds as a replacement.

The dummy player will still trigger sounds on the local client when using weapons, jumping, grunting etc etc etc.
At the very least I'd like to be able to control the volume of each of these sounds…
