**Describe the bug**
Enabling Source TV crashes the host.
**To Reproduce**
1. `tv_enable 1` in console
2. Load a map
3. Crash
**Expected behavior**
In Source 1 games this would create…

My server has 32 player slots before i use this extension.
Console shows that "maxplayers set to 18 (extra slot was added for SourceTV)".
How can i keep the player slots.
