everyone dislikes the name of this term. Why don't we just call it what it is, "ubiquitin-like modifier"
(this would cover ubiquitin, SUMO, Nedd8 Urm1 atg12 etc)

Currently race detector uses goroutine id (g->goid) to find goroutine context. It is
slow and imposes limit on total number of goroutines.
Store explicit race context in G struct.

In some rare cases the experimental annotation is to an obsolete GOid. In this case find the replacement ID if it's available and replace the GOid with the new one.
