In the context of a large corpus of exercises, it will be useful to be able to build either one single exercise or every exercises except one. Will it be possible to add such an option ?

Change CMake option defaults so that only RAJA test build by default, and all other options (exercises, examples, etc.) are off by default.
Maybe also make build of tests off by default in Release …
