书上将`guess`译为`猜测值`，我认为这个译法放在这里是可以的。但译为`假定值`更符合数学的使用习惯。这两个的取舍有待讨论。
关于`improve`，我觉得应该保留它的实意`改进`。因为改进是个具体动作，其对象直接指上文中的`guess`，而`迭代`指的是`改进`，如果把`improve`译为`迭代`似乎不太合适。
而如果把`improve`译为`改进`的话，`guess`就应该译为`猜测…
