In the Mother's Profile, we want to include a label for HEI (HIV Exposed Infant), similar to how we add family members in the Household (HH) profile. The process involves recording Basic Infant Information first. After completing this step, users should be directed to the HEI's profile to input DBS at birth, IPV at birth, and Pediatric Care Follow-Up. The tracking of Pediatric Care Follow-Up should mirror the method used for monitoring Postnatal visits. Clicking on the HEI label should display a list of all HEIs, allowing users to record information for parents of twins, triplets, etc

In the ANC details, we need to monitor the VL results during the "1st Trimester," "2nd Trimester," and "3rd Trimester." To facilitate this tracking, we need to introduce a label on the profile named "ANC." This label would be positioned between the existing labels "Overview" and "Postnatal."....e.g It can be implemented the way we are tracking quarterly visits

After saving the mother's details under the "Postnatal" label, the appearance of "Postnatal Date" on the screen shoot suggests that this information is displayed regardless of whether any postnatal care records have been recorded. Ideally, this should only be displayed when there is actual data recorded under postnatal care.

The field “Do you have the ECAP ll household ID ?” should come above the field “ Date enrolled in USAID ECAP ll Program ”, so what this means is that when we get to the section PMTCT Mothers Details we need to first ask the question “Do you have the ECAP ll household ID ?” which will have the options “Yes or No”, if the option “Yes” is selected then display the fields “Date enrolled in USAID ECAP ll Program” and “ECAP ll comprehensive ID” , the name, client’s nickname which should be optional, age, date initiated on ART, Mothers SMH No, Address, Nearest Landmark and Phone Number but if the option “No ” is selected under “Do you have the ECAP ll household ID ?” then do not show “Date enrolled in USAID ECAP ll Program” and “ECAP ll comprehensive ID” just display the name, client’s nickname which should be optional, age, date initiated on ART, Mothers SMH No, Address, Nearest Landmark and Phone Number
