Isengard UT Blasted/Bombard Shot: use the fire powder in siege. Siege missiles (catapult, ballista, field treb) are faster? Quicker moving projectiles will reduce the enemy's ability to dodge. Also increase firing rate so trebs take down buildings quicker.
