When I was selecting my own installation path, BizHawk did not have the correct settings like 2nd memory card, wonky display etc. When installing to the default path everything works as intended.

- VC 2010 redist is no longer needed
- The "2015, 2017, 2019" VC redist is now the "2015, 2017, 2019, 2022" VC redist
Probably want to update the prereq installer when next BizHawk release occurs.
