Locityper is targeted genotyper for polymorphic genes based on short- and long-read whole genome sequencing.

Locityper is created by Timofey Prodanov timofey.prodanov[at]hhu.de and Tobias Marschall tobias.marschall[at]hhu.de at the Marschall Lab, Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf.
