`rwt_ros` の意図を教えて下さい.
`rwt` の ROS 用の拡張ですか? もしそうなら `rwt` って ROS-agnostic なの?
それとも,`rwt` の ROS package? 確かに見た所たとえば [ros3djs](https://github.com/RobotWebTools/ros3djs) は ROS package の体は成していない.
